A few months ago our friends from the Queensland Children’s Hospital school partook in a cooking afternoon and made Rosella Jam from scratch!

Well…their jam still ended up heading to the EKKA and the kids were treated to a virtual taste testing experience with the incredible Alison Alexander who is a highly experienced preserves specialist! Alison shares her thoughts on the jam so watch on to find out her final verdict!
