A beautiful Rosella shrub has emerged from the garden’s of the Queensland Children’s Hospital, and it’s ready to be harvested!

Join the kids at the QCH School as they bring the garden to the plate with an old family recipe that creates a delicious Rosella Jam!

This treat is so sweet that it’s even going to be entered into a competition at this year’s Brisbane Ekka!
