Juiced Origin Story

Juiced TV launched in 2015 at the Queensland Children’s Hospital in Brisbane. In a world-first, the program was created to give patients and siblings a chance to star in their own show, and share their hospital journey in an empowering and positive way.

During COVID, we innovated and delivered ‘virtual visits’ to the bedsides of patients, with appearances from celebrities and special guests like Chris Hemsworth, Tom Holland and Margot Robbie.

Over the last 8 years, we’ve seen why the best possible health care for kids includes initiatives that educate, but also benefit their social and mental wellbeing, which is why we have developed our new Juiced App. In another world-first, the platform is set to change how education and entertainment is delivered to kids and their families in hospital.
