Our Story

Juiced TV is an Australian first entertainment initiative that benefits the health and wellbeing of sick kids and their families in hospital, one episode at a time.

Since launching in 2015 at the Queensland Children’s Hospital, it has directly touched the lives of more than 3,500 patients and their families by improving the hospital journey and creating a unique way for them to engage and communicate with one another.

Over the last 7 years we have seen an incredible community come together to support our hospital heroes. This extends from our partners and community supporters, to the entertainers and special guests that donate their time to visit the kids at the hospital and film content for Juiced TV.

The entertainment, experiences and guests we welcomed to the hospital for our kids has included Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston straight off the set of Thor, Justin Timberlake, Johnny Depp appearing on the show as Captain Jack Sparrow, and most recently Their Royal Highnesses, The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall.

The challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic opened up an opportunity for us to innovate and continue revolutionising the way kids and their families experience hospital.

In line with COVID-19 precautionary measures set by our hospital partners , our Juiced TV crew are not able to be filming on-site at hospitals until further notice, however we have remained committed to finding new ways to entertain and empower sick kids during this time of increased isolation.

Over the next couple of months, we’ll be live streaming weekly ‘virtual visits’ from special guests from around the world, straight to the bedsides of the Queensland Children’s Hospital.

To keep up to date with the latest virtual visits be sure to follow us on Facebook!
